Shipping policy

We ship to every governorate in Egypt. Domestic shipping is a flat EGP 120; Standard delivery is free on orders of EGP 3,000 or more. Delivery takes 1–3 working days in Cairo and Giza, 2–4 in Alexandria and the Delta, and 3–6 in other governorates.

Cash on delivery is available in Egypt; we confirm COD orders by WhatsApp before dispatch. International shipping to selected countries is EGP 950 flat rate (7–14 working days, duties payable by the recipient).
