Orders, Returns & Refunds
What is your exchange and refund policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective or faulty items. Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories included. Electronics are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
Can I return a used or installed item?
No. Items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for any return or exchange.
Do you accept returns or exchanges if I change my mind?
No. We only accept returns or exchanges for defective or faulty products. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
How long does the refund process take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days.
Shipping & Delivery
Which regions do you ship to?
We deliver to all regions within Egypt.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes between 3 and 7 days. Express delivery is available for an additional charge.
Is shipping free?
No. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Can I get my order delivered at a specific time?
We currently offer standard delivery only. Specific delivery time slots are not available.
What if my order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged?
If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us via email. Each case is reviewed individually to ensure customer satisfaction.
Installation & Warranty
How do I book installation for screens, speakers, or LED lights?
In-house installation can be added during checkout and is available exclusively at our Cairo workshop.
What are the installation fees?
Installation fees are EGP 500 for screens and speakers, and EGP 300 for LED lights.
Can I install products myself?
Yes. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by self-installation. The two-year warranty applies only to products installed at our workshop.
What warranty do you provide?
All products and workshop installations come with a two-year warranty.
