If you wish to return or exchange an item, kindly contact our customer support team through one of the following channels:

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Pickup & Location

  • Returns and exchanges within Cairo take place at our Masr El-Gedida office.
  • If you prefer a pickup service, the return shipping fee will be covered by the customer.

Non-Eligible Cases

We will not be able to process returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items not in their original condition
